Abstract

Para Taboada y Villamizar, el mercado laboral juega un papel crucial en la política monetaria, ya que las decisiones de los bancos centrales buscan equilibrar el empleo y la estabilidad de precios. Aunque la política monetaria puede suavizar las fluctuaciones económicas, los problemas estructurales del mercado laboral colombiano requieren reformas profundas lideradas por el Gobierno y el Congreso. Estas reformas son esenciales para reducir el desempleo estructural, aumentar la productividad y mejorar las condiciones laborales en el país.
