Digitales Recruiting und Employer Branding in Familienunternehmen: Analyse und Empfehlungen für die Praxis

Abstract

Es wird zunehmend schwieriger, den Fachkräftebedarf auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt zu decken. Das gilt auch für Familienunternehmen. Die Studie untersucht die Personalarbeit von Familienunternehmen anhand von Karrierebereichen und Stellenanzeigen und zeigt Unterschiede zu Nicht-Familienunternehmen auf. Sie gibt Handlungsempfehlungen, wo das Engagement noch optimiert und wie die Personalsuche professionalisiert werden kann.
