Arbeitspolitische Situation und Fachkräfteengpässe in den Regionen

Abstract

Das Ziel des Berichtes ist eine tiefergehende regionale Betrachtung des Fachkräfteengpasses. In enger Anlehnung an die Indikatorik der "Fachkräfteengpassanalyse" der Bundesagentur für Arbeit werden die sechs Engpassindikatoren auf Kreisebene dargestellt und eine anforderungsniveauspezifische Bewertung der Kreise vorgenommen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sich der Arbeitkräftemangel z.T. stark zwischen Kreisen unterscheiden und dass eine Analyse auf Ebene der Bundeländer diese Variation nicht geeignet darstellen kann. Darüber hinaus bewertet der Bericht verschiedene lokale Begleitfaktoren und zeigt, in welchen Kreisen und Dimensionen durch das Zusammentreffen eines Arbeitkräftemangel und ungünstigen Begleitfaktoren ein großes Verbesserungspotential bei der Bekämpfung eines Engpasses besteht.
