Flexible Beschäftigung, neue Abhängigkeiten: Projektarbeitsmärkte und ihre Auswirkungen auf Lebensverläufe

Abstract

Von Arbeitnehmern wird auf vielfältige Weise Flexibilität gefordert, besonders in Projektarbeitsmärkten. Diese Flexibilität wirkt sich nicht nur auf die individuelle Lebensplanung und soziale Integration der Beschäftigten aus, sondern auch auf die Handlungsmöglichkeiten kollektiver Akteure, wie Gewerkschaften und Berufsverbände. Am Beispiel der Architektur- und Medienbranche beleuchtet Birgit Apitzsch die historisch gewachsenen Strukturen von Projektarbeitsmärkten, den Zusammenhang zwischen Rekrutierung und Arbeitsorganisation sowie die Folgen der Flexibilisierung für Mitbestimmung und Lebensverläufe. Deutlich wird: Mit zunehmender Bedeutung informeller Netzwerke entstehen neue Formen der Abhängigkeit.
