Der Staat und die Globalisierung von Finanzmärkten: Regulative Politik in Deutschland, Großbritannien und den USA

Abstract

Nirgendwo ist die Globalisierung so weit fortgeschritten wie im Finanzsektor. Internationale Finanz- und Währungskrisen sowie Konkurse international tätiger Banken rückten in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten zunehmend die Risiken entfesselter Finanzmärkte in den Vordergrund. In Wissenschaft und Praxis ist deshalb der Ruf nach einem regulierten Finanzkapitalismus immer lauter geworden. In diesem Band werden seine Formen und Funktionsbedingungen untersucht. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt den Reformen der Finanzmarktregulierung auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene sowie der Rolle von Nationalstaaten in Prozessen regulativer Reform.
