Abstract

Exemplarisch für die Veränderung politisch-institutioneller Problemlösungsmuster analysiert der Autor die Transformationen im Telekommunikationssektor nach der Vereinigung. Trotz rascher Ausweitung der westdeutschen Telekommunikationsordnung auf den Osten erwies sich der Institutionentransfer als letzter vergeblicher Kraftakt eines Monopols gegen Privatisierung und Liberalisierung.
