Die Arbeitsbedingungen des Betriebsrats

Abstract

Im Zusammenhang mit der Verabschiedung von Frau Prof. Dr. Ulrike Wendeling-Schröder aus dem aktiven Universitätsdienst veranstaltete das HSI am 1.10. 2013 in Kooperation mit der Leibniz-Universität Hannover einen Workshop zum Thema "Arbeitsbedingungen des Betriebsrats". Gegenstand des Workshops waren aktuelle rechtliche und praktische Entwicklungen im Rahmen der Betriebsratsarbeit und die sich daraus ergebenden rechtspolitischen Fragestellungen. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass es gelungen ist, die Beiträge des Workshops in diesem Tagungsband zu veröffentlichen. Das HSI möchte Frau Prof. Dr. Wendeling-Schröder für ihr Engagement danken und freut sich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.
