Dual studieren - und dann? Eine empirische Studie zum Übergangsprozess Studium-Beruf dualer Studienabsolvent/inn/en

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie zeigt, dass sich der Berufseinstieg der dual Studierten im Vergleich zu regulären Absolvent/inn/en in Bezug auf einige zentrale Komponenten erfolgreicher gestaltet. Die Gründe hierfür liegen in der intensiven Vorbereitung und Begleitung des Übergangs in den Job durch die Ausbildungsbetriebe, die ein großes Interesse daran haben, diesen betrieblich-akademisch qualifizierten Nachwuchs an sich zu binden. Die Bildungsform "duales Studium" gestaltet sich hinsichtlich der Formen, Übergangsmodelle und Vertragsstrukturen vielfältig, flexibel und unübersichtlich, woraus die Forscherinnen die Notwendigkeit einer rechtlich verbindlichen Strukturierung dualer Studienangebote ableiten.
