Trends im berufsbegleitenden und dualen Studium: Vergleichende Analysen zur Lernsituation von Studierenden und Studiengangsgestaltung

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Publikation werden die Ergebnisse eines zweijährigen, von der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung geförderten Forschungsprojekts dargestellt. Darin werden erstmals Entwicklungen im berufsbegleitenden und dualen Studium einander gegenübergestellt und verglichen. Ziel ist, weiterführende Erkenntnisse zur inhaltlichen, methodischen und strukturellen Gestaltung von akademischen Bildungsangeboten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Theorie und Praxis zu gewinnen.Die Untersuchung besteht im Wesentlichen aus vier Teilen: Zunächst werden auf der Basis vorhandener Literatur beobachtbare Entwicklungstrends in beiden Studienformen seit Beginn der 2000er-Jahre herausgearbeitet. Danach folgt ein empirisch fundierter Blick in die Praxis. Dieser umfasst zum einen die Auswertung einer Befragung von berufsbegleitend und dual Studierenden und zum anderen vertiefte Fallstudien zur Umsetzung von entsprechenden Studiengängen. Den Abschluss bildet ein systematischer Vergleich erkennbarer Trends im berufsbegleitenden und dualen Studium.
