Umfinanzierung der Alterssicherung: Endbericht der PROGNOS AG im Auftrag der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung

Abstract

Die Hans-Böckler-Stiftung hat die Prognos AG beauftragt, verschiedene Alternativen zur Umfinanzierung der Alterssicherung zu untersuchen. Der Untersuchungsauftrag umfasst insgesamt fünf Finanzierungsvarianten, die ausgehend von einer Referenzrechnung auf der Basis geltenden Rechts jeweils hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Finanzen der GRV, ihres Einflusses auf die gesamtwirtschaftliche Entwicklung und ihrer Verteilungswirkungen zu untersuchen sind.
