Abstract

Personalrisiken sind im Risikokatalog vieler Unternehmen unterrepräsentiert. Aufsichtsräte sind zur Überwachung, Kontrolle und Beratung der Unternehmensführung jedoch auf Berichte und Kennzahlen angewiesen. Die Studie gibt Aufschluss über den Status quo der strategischen Ebene der Personalrisiken, des Personalrisikomanagements, der Transformationsprozesse und der Bearbeitung dieser Themen in Unternehmen. Dafür wurden Arbeitnehmervertretungen im Aufsichtsrat mitbestimmter Unternehmen und Personen aus dem Personal- und Risikomanagement befragt.
