Abstract

"Roadtrip Leadership" richtet sich an Personen, die sich aktiv mit den Herausforderungen der Arbeitswelt der Zukunft beschäftigen möchten: Fach- und Führungskräfte, die das Steuer in die Hand nehmen, anstatt es sich auf dem Rücksitz bequem zu machen, ebenso Personalmanagerinnen und -manager, Beraterinnen und Berater sowie Dozierende und Studierende, die neue Wege einschlagen möchten. Der hohe Praxiswert der vorliegenden Beiträge ist der Tatsache geschuldet, dass in Orientierung am aktuellen Stand der Forschung praxisrelevante Fragestellungen entwickelt und basierend auf empirischen, qualitativen Studien beantwortet werden. Die gewonnen Erkenntnisse münden in Handlungsempfehlungen für die Gestaltung von zukunftsorientierter Führung und laden dazu ein, eigenes Führungshandeln zu reflektieren.
