Abstract

Der Aufsatz befasst sich mit der Bedeutung von Kommunikation für den Beirat im Mittelstand und zeigt die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen dieser Aktivitäten auf. Durch eigene Kommunikation kann der Beirat seine Rolle als Experten- und Ratgebergremium noch stärker ausfüllen und sich in bestimmten Situationen als eigenständiges Organ positionieren, vor allem in Krisenzeiten. The paper considers the role of communication for the advisory council in small and medium-sized enterprises and points out the possibilities and borders of such activities. Through professional communication the advisory council can optimize its role as an expert and counselor committee and position as an autonomous organ in special situations, especially in financial and reputations crises.
