Ökonomie der Milcherzeugung

Abstract

Es werden wichtige Einflussfaktoren auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Milcherzeugung analysiert wie Milchleistung, Futterkosten, Herdengröße, Arbeitsorganisation, Nutzungsdauer oder Erstkalbealter. Es folgt eine Analyse und ökonomische Bewertung der Handlungsalternativen bei vorübergehenden Preistiefs. Weiterhin werden ökonomische Fragenstellungen des einzelbetrieblichen Wachstums als auch die Umstellung auf Biomilcherzeugung ökonomisch bewertet.
