Abstract

Das Wissenschaftliche Diskussionspapier gibt Antwort auf fünf aktuelle Fragen zur Inklusion in der Berufsbildung: Wie ist eine inklusive Aus- und Weiterbildung zu gestalten? Wie ist das Personal demzufolge zu qualifizieren? Welche Unterstützungsinstrumente und -strukturen gib es bereits, welche weiteren sind erforderlich? Und last but not least: Was kann Deutschland von anderen Ländern lernen? (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku) Einzelbeiträge: Vielfalt als Ressource und Chance für gemeinsames Lernen und Entwicklung / Ursula Bylinski; Integration - Teilhabe - Inklusion: Berufliche Bildung behinderter Menschen im Spannungsfeld zwischen politischer Lösung und Berufsbildungspraxis / Kirsten Vollmer
