Beeinträchtigungen durch den Ukraine-Krieg und mögliche Auswirkungen von Gasstopps auf die Produktion in der Sachgütererzeugung. Ergebnisse der Sonderbefragung zum Ukraine-Krieg im Rahmen des WIFO-Konjunkturtests vom Mai 2022

Abstract

Der Ukraine-Krieg führte zu einer weiteren Erhöhung der Unsicherheit und beeinträchtigte die Mehrheit der österreichischen Unternehmen (55%). Besonders beeinträchtigt waren größere Unternehmen (73%) in allen Sektoren und Unternehmen in der Sachgütererzeugung (67%), wobei steigende Energie- und Vorleistungspreise am häufigsten genannt wurden. Die durch den Ukraine-Krieg betroffenen Unternehmen haben im Durchschnitt pessimistischere Geschäftslageerwartungen und gehen davon aus, ihre Verkaufspreise häufiger erhöhen zu müssen. Direkt betroffene Unternehmen aus der Sachgütererzeugung erwarten bei der Verknappung der Erdgasverfügbarkeit eine leicht überproportionale Reduktion ihrer Produktion.
