Entwicklung des Arbeitskräfteangebotes in Österreich bis 2025

Abstract

Die Studie liefert Hintergrundinformationen für Strategien zur Verlängerung der Beschäftigung von älteren Arbeitskräften, vor allem über die künftige Entwicklung des quantitativen und qualitativen Arbeitskräfteangebotes in der Gesamtwirtschaft (Struktur nach Alter, Geschlecht, Migrationshintergrund, Bildungsstruktur) bis etwa 2025. Dabei steht die Frage im Vordergrund, ob im Laufe der Jahre in bestimmten Qualifikationsbereichen Arbeitskräfteknappheiten auftreten werden. In diesem Zusammenhang wird auch der Einfluss der Pensionsreform und der Migration auf die künftige Veränderung der Struktur des Arbeitskräfteangebotes nach Alter, Geschlecht und Qualifikation untersucht.
