Abstract

Die Bauwirtschaft expandiert heuer aufgrund der Impulse durch Investitionen in die Verkehrsinfrastruktur und der Belebung des Hochbaus mit +2,5% kräftig. In den nächsten zwei Jahren wird das Wachstum rund 2% p.a. betragen. Neben umfangreichen Vorhaben zum Straßen- und Schienenausbau wird der Wohnungsneubau, aber auch der Wohnhaussanierungssektor die Entwicklung stützen. Vor dem Hintergrund steigender Energiekosten werden insbesondere die Investitionen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz zunehmen.
