Abstract

Die Konjunktur gewann in Österreich im III. Quartal 2016 an Dynamik. Diese Aufhellung basierte sowohl auf einer Zunahme der Binnennachfrage als auch auf einer stabileren Entwicklung im Ausland. Trotz heterogener regionaler Ergebnisse war weiterhin ein leichtes West-Süd-Ost-Gefälle zu beobachten. Sehr kräftig wuchs insbesondere die Tourismusnachfrage, und zwar vor allem in ländlichen Regionen.
