Abstract

Este ensayo tiene por objeto enmarcar el debate actual sobre las políticas de conciliación y el papel de la empresa en las sociedades contemporáneas. El compromiso con la misión de la empresa y la reciprocidad de éste para con sus empleados son cuestiones clave que sirve de hilo conductor. Por otra parte, la definición y categorización de las políticas de conciliación es otro de los objetivos.
