Abstract

El principal objetivo de esta publicación es rescatar una serie de documentos internos de la Superintendencia que sirvieron de apoyo al debate, tanto al interior del Consejo de Reforma Previsional como, luego, durante la tramitación parlamentaria del proyecto de ley. Cada uno de los aspectos contenidos en la Reforma al Sistema de Pensiones, que tomó cuerpo en la Ley 20.255 del 27 de marzo de 2008, fue producto de profundos análisis, la gran mayoría plasmados total o parcialmente en este libro, constituyéndose, por lo mismo, este compendio en un aporte significativo que puede ser de utilidad para procesos similares futuros, tanto en Chile como en otros países.
