Abstract

Книга посвящена актуальным вопросам экономической интеграции государств- участников Содружества Независимых Государств. На основе анализа зарубежной практики рассматриваются возможные пути и формы преодоления кризисного положения на территории бывшего постсоюзного пространства, моделируются возможные пути дальнейшего развития стран Содружества. C учетом особенностей современного этапа построения рыночной экономики, в качестве реального способа интегрирования и восстановления разорванных кооперационных связей рассматривается формирование межгосударственных (транснациональных) финансово-промышленных групп. Особое внимание уделяется деятельности ФПГ России, играющих активную роль в ускорении интеграционных процессов в странах - участницах СНГ. На основе внимания законодательных актов стран Содружества, обращается внимание на проблемы государственной поддержки межгосударственных ФПГ. В приложении дается полный перечень законодательных актов государств-участников СНГ, регулирующих деятельность ФПГ. Книга адресована работникам органов исполнительной и законодательной власти, руководителям финансовопромышленных групп, специалистам в области макро- и микроэкономики. Она также может служить учебно-практическим пособием для студентов и аспирантов экономических вузов.
