The Impact of SEAMEO SEARCA Graduate Scholarship Program on Fellows of Selected Institutions in the Philippines

Abstract

This publication presents the results of a study on the impact of SEARCA’s Graduate Scholarship Program on Filipino fellows and their institutions. The findings of the assessment are seen as useful inputs to SEARCA’s program planning and implementation as well as to the Ministries of Education and other agencies of SEAMEO member countries that help SEARCA implement its human resource development programs.
