Abstract

This edition focuses on the analysis of each country’s experiences, lessons, and insights on policy reforms and institutional innovations in the agriculture sector. The Timor-Leste Primer presents the shift from post-conflict and transition management to prioritizing agriculture and rural development, especially how the agriculture sector contributed to the national budget, specifically on its over dependence to oil as a source of revenue.
