Abstract

The present report presents an attempt to create a new economic methodology, which assumes an interaction between the market economy and the state activity, which is focused on solving social problems and which relies on the world outlook, occupying an intermediate position between classical liberalism and socialist paradigm. The peculiarity of the proposed methodology is due to the rejection of absolutism of the methodological individualism and the use of : the main provisions of The Concept of "Economic Sociodinamics" (The CES) with its key principle of complementarity of utility, allowing the existence of the needs of society as such; "The Theory of Patronized Goods with its characteristic inherent analysis of the inefficient Nash’s equilibriums and the modification of the model of Wicksell –Lindahl for any goods and services with social utility; mechanisms of the market and political branches of generating public interests, which emerge in various institutional environments on the basis of preferences of the divergent and mismatched groups of individuals.
