Abstract

Un País que crece económicamente a tasas bastantes altas – y que sin embargo no logra reducir las desigualdades – genera tensiones y conflictos sociales relacionados con el reparto desigual de los frutos del crecimiento, el uso excluyente o inequitativo de los recursos naturales o la exclusión social, lo cual, sumado a las tensiones propias del proceso de descentralización, hace necesario evaluar la situación en términos analíticos y normativos para definir la agenda política previa a las elecciones de 2011. AULA MAGNA: CRECIMIENTO Y DESIGUALDAD, CONFLICTO SOCIAL Y GOBERNABILIDAD contó con tres niveles de análisis y debate: una comparación de la situación peruana con los países vecinos: una comparación de la situación peruana con los países vecinos, un análisis puntual de los temas señalados y un debate sobre política y políticas públicas – es decir, propuestas normativas – y se realizó en noviembre de 2010.
