Abstract

Costos y Beneficios del TLC con Estados Unidos, presenta datos del comercio de los países andinos y del Perú, con Estados Unidos. Se busca ubicar en su real dimensión el dinamismo de las exportaciones peruana en relación a los andinos, descontar la distorsión que representa el comercio de combustibles y especificar el contraste con la demanda norteamericana que no precisamente corresponde con nuestros productos "estrella de exportación.
