Abstract

El presente libro contiene los diferentes componentes que caracterizan el estudio del análisis de impacto regulatorio (AIR), elemento central dentro del proceso de toma de decisiones e implementación de políticas públicas y pieza fundamental en el nuevo enfoque de modernización del Estado, además de constituir una de las temáticas más representativas en la agenda impulsada durante los últimos años por diversas organizaciones internacionales, como la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OCDE).
