Abstract

Este libro intenta explicar de manera sencilla cómo funciona el mundo social en que vivimos desde el punto de vista de una ciencia social particular: la ciencia económica. Busca mostrar cómo la ciencia económica puede ser' utilizada para explicar la realidad social de manera sencilla, centrándose en sus aspectos fundamentales, pero manteniendo el rigor científico. Se puede, así, ver la ciencia económica en acción. Este libro es, en ese sentido particular, una introducción a la ciencia económica, ya que se dirige a dos públicos: al gran público lector y a los estudiantes universitarios.
