Abstract

El objetivo de este texto es difundir la experiencia del Proyecto de Apoyo al Desarrollo del Sector Pesquero y Acuícola del Perú (PADESPA). El documento da cuenta de catro activiades específicas del proyecto, en forma d estudios de caso, que han sido particularmente interesantes por las lecciones que se desprenden de su implementación en cuanto al diseño, su desarrollo y sus resultados. Esta publicación resulta novedosa dado que son escasos los proyectos o programas que evalúan o analizan ex post las actividades realizadas, como un ejercicio que permite reconocer los obstáculos, los errores, los aciertos y, en general, aprender de la experiencia.
