La supervisión de importaciones en el Perú

Abstract

El sistema de supervisión de importaciones formó parte del proceso original de la reforma aduanera en el Perú y se convirtió en una pieza clave para su implementación. El presente estudio realiza una revisión del papel que jugó este sistema durante su vigencia en el período comprendido entre los años 1992 y 2004, evaluando sus impactos económicos en términos de facilitación de comercio, recaudación de tributos y disuasión de la evasión tributaria.
