Abstract

En un contexto de restricción de recursos monetarios y de crecientes demandas sociales, se precisa que los fondos públicos y privados se manejen eficiente y eficazmente. Por ello las instituciones ejecutoras deben evaluar sus experiencias, monitorear y medir el impacto de la inversión social sobre la base de criterios cuantitativos y cualitativos precisos. El presente texto nos muestra las diferentes opciones de evaluación.
