Abstract

The present volume aims to maintain a balance between the theoretical and applied components, which allows the reader to understand both the need for the protection of personal data and the obligations incumbent on him in his capacity as being responsible for the protection of personal data, but also in that of a manager of a public institution or private company, lawyer, consultant, etc. (The authors)
