Abstract

The hypothesis of the present paper envisages that EU institutions have a legal-political original nature, because they can not be assigned definitively and exclusively in one of the existing legal and political patterns, standing on the premise of our theory that the European Union itself has a original nature in its legal and political plan, being a complex, dynamic, evolving structure, but above all endowed with many innovative elements that distinguish it from other political structures.
