Abstract

Un enfoque global de las finanzas públicas exige evaluar en conjunto las dos principales herramientas de la política fiscal: los impuestos y los gastos, discutiendo su eficiencia, su impacto sobre la distribución de l ingreso y su simplicidad para el gobierno y el ciudadano. Por ello, en este trabajo se analiza la problemática de los impuestos en todas sus dimensiones. 549 pag.
