El sistema de jubilaciones en la Argentina. Una evaluación de la reforma y el impacto del default

Abstract

Al cabo de una década de la reforma inicial del sistema, si bien persisten características del régimen de pensiones que demandan reformas adicionales, diversos proyectos tienden a desconocer la experiencia argentina e internacional en esta materia, al promover cambios que pueden deteriorar aún más los indicadores del sistema. El objetivo de esta investigación, en función de ello, consiste en evaluar el impacto de la reforma de pensiones en la Argentina en sus principales dimensiones, revisando la validez empírica de las críticas que se han formulado, explicar los éxitos y fracasos relativos en cada dimensión y determinar en qué aspectos deberían centrarse eventuales nuevas reformas.
