Análisis de la Ley de Riesgos del Trabajo

Abstract

Este estudio, que se desarrolló en el período en el que aún se estaban debatiendo las diferentes propuestas de los proyectos modificatorios a la Ley 24.557, analiza las distintas dimensiones del sistema de cobertura de riesgos del trabajo, con el objeto de evaluar las ventajas de este sistema, e identificar y resolver sus debilidades sin comprometer su viabilidad. Bajo esta óptica se estudian los diferentes proyectos entonces en debate -incluyendo el que posteriormente se adoptó, con modificaciones-, y se sugieren un conjunto de ajustes normativos que se estima conveniente considerar. El libro fue realizado con el apoyo de la UART.
