Abstract

Esta publicación tiene como objetivo contribuir a un mejor conocimiento de los efectos distributivos de la política fiscal en los países de Centroamérica, Panamá y República Dominicana. Con un enfoque integral, que pretende ser útil a los formadores de las políticas públicas, se evalúa conjuntamente la política tributaria y el Gasto Público Social, reconociendo que el efecto en la distribución del ingreso de la política fiscal es el resultado compuesto de la incidencia de los ingresos tributarios y del gasto público.
