Abstract

El objetivo fundamental de esta obra es el análisis de las actuaciones públicas que conforman el Estado del Bienestar como factor de redistribución de la renta en España; cuestión que aborda utilizando un enfoque microeconómico en el que el hogar es el sujeto de análisis que soporta impuestos y recibe prestaciones. La investigación evalúa el efecto que la intervención pública ejerce sobre la redistribución de la renta y ofrece una valoración de los flujos redistributivos que ocurren entre los hogares de las distintas Comunidades Autónomas y entre las familias de una misma Comunidad.
