Abstract

La génesis del pensamiento económico y fiscal de nuestro país fue la encargada, con el paso de las décadas, de formar y construir el entorno heredado. Esta obra ofrece la posibilidad de conocer el pensamiento y los hechos económicos, fiscales y financieros que se registraron desde el mismo momento en que Colombia nació como República autónoma en agosto de 1819, como ayuda para intentar comprender y superar la realidad económica que vive el país en la actualidad.
