Abstract

Una buena política económica es, ante todo, un arte de toma de decisiones, que supone experiencia y sentido común. Este libro enfatiza en los elementos teóricos que deben tenerse en cuenta para diseñar una buena política económica, realiza un seguimiento a la experiencia internacional materia de política económica para extraer las condiciones que permiten calificar como exitosas a determinadas políticas y, finalmente, analiza el diseño y la evaluación de la política económica en áreas específicas, en términos de objetivos, estrategias e instrumentos.
