Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es contribuir a explicar por qué las tasas de secuestro han sido tan altas en Colombia. Con este breve recuento histórico, más que una cronología detallada de acontecimientos, se busca detectar elementos que ayuden a responder esta pregunta básica.
