Abstract

Este texto es el producto de años de experiencia docente de los autores y se ha publicado para ofrecer un apoyo a profesores y ayuda a estudiantes que cursan álgebra y programación lineal, aplicadas principalmente a finanzas y relaciones internacionales, administración de empresas, contaduría pública y ciencias sociales. Se enfatizó en las aplicaciones, por lo que se presentan, además de la teoría, ejemplos ilustrativos y ejercicios propuestos. Para esta edición se contó con la colaboración de algunos docentes en la corrección y sugerencias respecto a la primera.
