Los abogados de América Latina, una introducción histórica

Abstract

Se aborda el derecho y el papel de los abogados, y demás actores del sistema jurídico, conociendo que no existe una unidad temática pues en el siglo xviii no era lo mismo un abogado en Colombia o México, como incluso hoy día tampoco lo es incluso en el mismo país. Pero la existencia de rasgos comunes permite contemplar la idea de un papel similar en la región, gracias a la tradición jurídico romana.
