Abstract

Con el propósito de lograr una aproximación panorámica a este tema y auscultar las principales líneas directrices en la materia, los días 25, 26 y 27 de septiembre de 2013 tuvieron lugar, en la Universidad Externado de Colombia, las xxxv Jornadas Internacionales de Derecho Penal, que, con ocasión del inicio de los diálogos de paz entre el Gobierno Nacional y grupos armados al margen de la ley, tuvieron por objeto el análisis de los principales aspectos atinentes a la temática Procesos de paz: derecho penal y justicia transicional. En la presente edición se compendian algunas de las ponencias ofrecidas por los expositores en el marco de las xxxv Jornadas Internacionales de Derecho Penal.
