La acción civil en el proceso penal colombiano

Abstract

Se analizan los elementos del Derecho civil que se puedan incorporar en el Derecho penal, no obstante haber dejado de ser novedoso este esquema, en atención a la naturaleza misma del Derecho penal que busca siempre una condena del sindicado, sin que puntos tan relevantes como indemnización y restablecimiento de los derechos sean tenidos en cuenta por los sujetos procesales, lo que indica que la víctima es solo un objeto de prueba para determinar la responsabilidad del procesado.
