Abstract

En torno a la teoría de Dworkin se estructura una muy importante discusión sobre el aborto, desde una perspectiva iusnaturalista que critica el positivismo jurídico. El autor cuestiona las debilidades e inconsistencias del notable filósofo norteamericano, trayendo a colación el problema de la interpretación y aplicación del derecho.
