Abstract

Esta obra en el contexto del Derecho Positivo argentino, da respuesta a la pregunta: ¿en qué consiste aquello por lo que se hace responsable al partícipe de la conducta desviada que desarrolla otra persona? El Derecho argentino condiciona la punición del partícipe al comienzo de la ejecución de un hecho principal y entiende que el partícipe infringe el precepto por su comportamiento individual, cualquiera que sea el contexto objetivo real y los hechos o representaciones del autor principal.
