El carrusel sindical y la autocracia sindical (una invitación al diálogo social)

Abstract

En Colombia, se ha generado una indebida interpretación del pluralismo sindical, por parte de algunos trabajadores, causante de situaciones constitutivas de abuso del derecho. El carrusel sindical y la autocracia sindical son dos conductas contrarias a la finalidad sindical, es decir, a la defensa y promoción de los intereses sociales y económicos de trabajadores afiliados a una organización sindical. En el presente libro se propone una corrección jurídica contractual a este tipo de conductas contrarias a la naturaleza jurídica de la autonomía colectiva sindical, dejando abierta la puerta al diálogo social, con el fin de solucionar definitivamente una problemática compleja del derecho laboral colectivo.
