Abstract

Cada día se toma mayor conciencia sobre la Importancia del medio ambiente para el desarrollo de la vida humana sobre el planeta. Los recursos naturales como proveedores y receptores de los servicios domiciliarios se constituyen en los protagonistas de una historia que se debe reescribir. Así, junto a la importancia de garantizar la prestación en condiciones de eficiencia, calidad e iguald­ad todos los habitantes del territorio nacional, surge el interés de salvaguardar los recursos naturales del creciente deterioro ambiental. Por esta razón, ahora, más que nunca es necesario dar estricto cumplimiento a las disposiciones normativas y administrativas que propenden por darle los recursos naturales renovables un uso y aprovechamiento racional, en especial, en la prestación de los servicios públicos domiciliarlos. Lo invitamos a leer los aportes realizados por los autores en torno a las dinámicas que cada día deben enfrentar las personas prestadoras de servicios públicos domiciliarios en su relación con el medio ambiente y las normas que lo regulan.
